Short version: this website collects nothing about you, and the Pulse plugin runs on your own machine inside your own Claude session. There is no Pulse account, no Pulse server, and no analytics on this site.
This website
This is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts, has no tracking pixels, and has no forms to fill in.
Two things still happen when you load a page, and you should know about both. Cloudflare keeps standard server logs so it can serve and protect the site, which includes your IP address, the pages requested, and your browser's user agent. Those logs are Cloudflare's and are covered by Cloudflare's own privacy policy. The pages also load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
The Pulse plugin
Pulse is a plugin for Claude Code. It runs locally, on your computer, inside your Claude session. Everything it creates, briefings, notes, task files, memory, stays in files on your machine.
Pulse has no telemetry, no licence check, and no phone-home. It never sends your data to us because there is nowhere for it to send data to. We cannot see your calendar, your email, your notes, or anything else Pulse touches.
Third parties Pulse relies on
Pulse itself keeps no copy of anything beyond the files on your machine. The services it talks to are a different matter: each one holds and retains data under its own policy, not ours, and deleting Pulse's local files does not delete anything held by them.
- Anthropic. Pulse runs inside Claude, so whatever you send to Claude is processed by Anthropic under their privacy policy and the terms of your Claude subscription, and retained for however long Anthropic's own policy provides.
- Tools you connect. If you connect Outlook, Gmail, Slack, Linear, or any other tool, that connection is between you and that provider. Pulse reads through the connectors you set up, on your machine, with your credentials. We never hold those credentials, and whatever those tools store, your emails, messages, or documents, stays governed by that provider's own retention policy, exactly as it would if Pulse did not exist.
Buying Pulse
The purchase itself is handled by the store you buy through, not by us. The store collects your name, email address, and payment details, processes them under its own privacy policy and terms, and keeps its own purchase and payment records under its own retention schedule. We never see your card details.
What we do see is the order record the store shows the seller: your email address, what you bought, and when. We use it to deliver the download, honour refunds, and answer support email. Nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
If you email us for support, we keep the thread so we can help you and remember the context next time. Ask us to delete it and we will. Your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, or whatever you use) keeps its own copy of that thread under its own retention policy, separately from anything we do.
Your choices
Deleting the files on your machine removes Pulse's own local copies, briefings, notes, tasks, memory, all of it. It does not reach data held elsewhere, since Pulse never had a separate copy of that to begin with.
- To delete Anthropic's copy of your Claude conversations, or to ask what they hold, go through Anthropic directly; it is governed by their privacy policy, not this one.
- To delete or export data held by a tool you connected (Slack, Notion, your email provider, and so on), contact that provider. Pulse has no way to reach into their systems and delete anything on your behalf.
- For purchase and payment records, contact the store you bought through, since those records are theirs and follow their own retention policy.
- To have your support email deleted, or to ask what we hold, email CONTACT_EMAIL.
Children
Pulse is a work tool sold to adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will also be noted on this page rather than made quietly.
