These terms cover the Pulse plugin and this website. Pulse is made and sold by Fabio Oliveira. Buying Pulse means you accept what is written here.
What you are buying
A one-time payment of US$49 buys a licence to use the Pulse plugin. Prices are in US dollars; tax may be added or included at checkout depending on where you live and how the store you buy from handles it. There is no subscription and no recurring charge from us. You download the plugin as a zip file and install it into Claude Code on your own machine.
Updates released for Pulse version 1.x are provided through the store you bought from, at no extra charge. We do not commit to a release schedule, and we do not promise compatibility with future versions of Claude Code.
What you need to run it
Pulse is a plugin, not a standalone app. To use it you need Claude Code 2.1 or later, Python 3.8 or later, and macOS or Linux; Windows is not currently supported. You also need a paid Claude plan (Pro or above), separate from Pulse. Claude Code and your Claude plan come from Anthropic, are paid for separately, and are governed by Anthropic's terms. If your Claude access lapses, Pulse will stop working, and that is outside our control.
Your licence
Pulse is proprietary software. You are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one person: you. You may install it on any machine you personally use, and you may modify your own copy for your own use.
You may not:
- Share, resell, rent, sublicense, or give away the plugin or the download link.
- Publish the source, in whole or in part, anywhere public or internal.
- Install it for other people, or run it as a shared service for a team on one licence.
- Repackage it, rebrand it, or use it to build a competing product.
If you want Pulse for a team, buy a licence per person. If you want to do something these terms do not allow, ask and we will probably say yes.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day change-of-mind guarantee. If Pulse is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get your money back in full, no explanation required. Request it through the store you bought from, since that is where the payment sits. Your licence ends when the refund is processed, and you should uninstall the plugin. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
What Pulse does not promise
Pulse is supplied as-is. It reads your tools and drafts things for you using an AI model, which means it can be wrong, miss something, or misread context. Check anything that matters before you act on it or send it. Pulse is a drafting and organising tool, not a substitute for your own judgement, and not professional advice of any kind.
You are responsible for what you connect Pulse to, and for whether that is allowed under your employer's policies. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising out of Pulse is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee that applies under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Support
Support is by email, from one person, on a best-effort basis. Email CONTACT_EMAIL and you will get a real reply. There is no guaranteed response time.
Ending the licence
Your licence ends if you breach it, for example by redistributing Pulse. It also ends if you take a refund. In either case, stop using the plugin and delete your copy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any dispute goes to the courts of Victoria.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and the terms in force when you bought Pulse are the ones that apply to your purchase.
