Stop working weekends
to keep up.
Pulse is an AI-powered command centre for managers. It reads your tools, builds your briefings, and gives you back the time to actually lead.
One-time purchase. No subscription of ours.
Requires Claude Code 2.1+, Python 3.8+, macOS or Linux, and a separate paid Claude plan. Windows is not supported.
You're managing everything
except your own time.
Context switching is killing your focus
You bounce between Slack, email, Jira, and docs all day, and somehow still miss things.
Your evenings aren't yours anymore
Your actual work starts after everyone else logs off. That's not sustainable.
You've lost sight of your team
You want to coach and support your people, but you can barely track who's blocked.
No space left for strategy
The urgent always wins. Your best ideas stay trapped behind a wall of admin.
Seven modules. One command centre.
Pulse connects to the tools you already use and transforms scattered information into structured, actionable intelligence.
Morning Briefings
Start each day with a clear picture of what matters most.
End-of-Day Diaries
Run it at day's end to capture what you accomplished and what's pending.
Weekly Previews
See your week ahead with priorities surfaced, not buried.
Task Management
Track action items across every tool without switching tabs.
Decision Journal
Record key decisions and their context so you never lose the 'why'.
Delegation Pulse
Know who needs attention, who's blocked, and who's thriving.
Email Intelligence
Prioritised summaries and draft responses before you open your inbox.
Your command centre, whenever you run it.
Click through the tabs to see what Pulse delivers, built from your real tools, every day.
Alex Morgan: Dashboard
DemoStart your day with clarity, not chaos.
Run one command and Pulse reads your calendar, email, Slack, and project tools, then hands you a structured briefing. Priorities surfaced, blockers flagged, context loaded. No more spending the first hour figuring out what to do.
Know exactly who needs your attention.
Track delegated tasks across every tool without chasing status updates. Pulse shows you who's on track, who's stuck, and who hasn't responded, so you can coach at the right moments instead of micro-managing.
Draft responses before you open your inbox.
Pulse reads, categorises, and prioritises your email, then drafts context-aware responses you can send with a click. The emails that need your brain get surfaced. Everything else is handled.

Questions & answers
What is Claude and do I need it?
Claude is an AI assistant made by Anthropic. Pulse is a plugin that runs inside Claude, so you'll need a separate paid Claude plan (Claude Pro or above) to use it. A free Claude account is not enough. Think of Claude as the engine and Pulse as the dashboard built on top of it.
What tools does Pulse work with?
Six MCP servers ship pre-configured: Slack, Notion, Microsoft 365, Asana, Linear, and Atlassian. Gmail and Google Calendar work through Claude in Chrome, Apple Reminders syncs locally on macOS, and Teams, Jira, Confluence, and Basecamp route through the servers above. You authorise each one yourself in Claude's settings, and what Pulse can see depends on your own account and your organisation's permissions.
What if I don't have any integrations connected?
Pulse works well as a standalone tool. You can use it purely through conversation: dictating tasks, journaling decisions, and receiving briefings based on what you tell it. Integrations just make it more automatic.
Is my data private?
There's no Pulse account, no telemetry, and no licence check; Pulse has no server of its own to send your data to. The dashboard and everything it writes stay in files on your machine. Anything you send to Claude, or to a tool you've connected such as Slack or Notion, is processed by that provider under its own terms, the same as if you were using it directly.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Pulse isn't right for you, reach out within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
You became a manager to lead,
not to drown in admin.
Pulse gives you back the clarity, focus, and time to be the manager your team deserves.
